Description:

Stain Remover and Brick Cleaner

Oxalic acid is a naturally occurring biodegradable organic product which can clean metals, remove cement residues, act as a mild bleaching agent and which is very efficient at removing rust and blood stains.

Directions for use:

Cleaning Brick Surfaces:

To being cleaning a brick surface, wet it thoroughly with water. Next prepare an oxalic acid solution by dissolving the product to the required strength (300grams/1 1litre cold water) in a bucket of water. Then vigorously brush the solution over the bricks and finally hose down with water again.

Removing Bore Stains:

First wet bore stain thoroughly with water. Then prepare an oxalic acid solution by dissolving a cup full of the product in one litre of cold water. Brush the solution over the stain and allow it to soak into the surface over a 15 - 30 minute time period. Finally hose the surface down again with water.

Removing Stains in Clothes:

Including rust stains and sunscreen stains. Mix 2 tablespoons in 2 litres of water and soak for 15 minutes. Rinse in water. Coverage:

2kg oxalic acid will make approximately 20 litre solution mixed with ratio 200grams per 1litre of cold water.

Notes:

Oxalic acid will mildly bleach most surfaces. Diggers Australia Pty Ltd therefore recommends that oxalic acid be used over the entire surface to avoid creating bleached patches. Some residue will always be left after mixing. Do not use on painted surfaces.
