Description: 1 Used as a hard veneer finish on all types of masonry and plaster finishes. 2 Lime, cement, sugar or other additives are not required to retard the setting time. 3 This product is designed to set after approximately 55 minutes. Directions for use: 1. Add 1 part of Hardwall Plaster to 0.5 part of water and mix it to a creamy consistency. 2. If the mix is too wet simply add more Hardwall Plaster. If too dry add more water and mix again. 3. Wet the surface to be plastered with water (if surface is very porous mix 1 part Diggers Gripcrete to 8 parts of water and use this mixture instead of water). 4. While the surface is still wet apply the Hardwall Plaster mix using a trowel without leaving trowel marks. 5. The plaster is left until it firms (approximately 45 minutes from the time of making the mix) but check on a regular basis. 6. Wet the trowel and trowel the plaster to a smooth and shiny finish. 7. Remove all plaster from door frames, power points, floors , tools etc with water before it sets hard. Coverage Approximately ¾ m2 per kilogram. Notes: Always ensure that the current batch, water and trowel are free from hardened plaster as it accelerates the setting time. Setting time is approximately 55 minutes depending on room temperature and the amount of water used in the plaster mix.
